Nine out of 10 councils in England are looking to share frontline and back-office functions, according to a new survey by law firm, Browne Jacobson.

Nine out of 10 councils in England are looking to share frontline and back-office functions, according to a new survey by law firm, Browne Jacobson.

According to the survey, which was carried out by Ipsos MORI, 65% will target back-office services, and 68% will look at frontline services in the next month.
