Consulting and business services group, Mouchel, has warned profits will dip as a result of government spending cuts.

The company, whose council and public sector contracts cover roads, schools, water and energy, said profits at £30.5m would be lower than City expectations of £35m. Its shares fell 11% following the announcement last week.
