Moving to sit Still

The Sheffield City Region local enterprise partnership (LEP) has appointed Ben Still as its chief executive to replace Sylvia Yates.

The Sheffield City Region local enterprise partnership (LEP) has appointed Ben Still as its chief executive to replace Sylvia Yates, who retires this month.

Mr Still is currently director of strategy at the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and will join the LEP in June. James Newman, the LEP chairman, said: ‘Ben will play a pivotal role in leading the LEP to achieving its priorities, which are focused on creating a city region in which companies want to invest and people want to work, live, visit and study.'
