Ealing resident Eddie Richards cast an interested eye over his life on video during Ealing LBC’s learning disabilities week. As part of the event, the London borough launched the new initiative, which uses multi-media technology, to create interactive profiles. The scheme enables people who cannot communicate verbally to express themselves through pictures and video footage.
