Aberdeen City Council has selected Muse Developments to redevelop the local authority's former headquarters at St Nicholas House.
'It's an historic decision by the council and it's a great one for Aberdeen,' said council leader, Cllr Barney Crockett. 'We promised a modest civic square and this exciting development will deliver that and more, creating a lively a new public space in the heart of the city.'
