Stockport MBC has named its preferred development partner for the £145m regeneration of Stockport Grand Central Station, on 9 December.
Muse Developments, the urban regeneration division of construction body, Morgan Sindall Group, will be recommended to the council's executive on 16 December, to carry out office, hotel and improved car parking developments on the site.
