Myers quits top CELC post Derek Myers, chief executive at Kensington & Chelsea RLBC, has stepped down from his post as chair of the Chief Executives of London Committee (CELC). CELC meets regularly to boost collaboration between London’ council chiefs and other organisations. A new chair has not yet been appointed.
