Lancashire CC's Building Schools for the Future programme has hit the information superhighway and joined MySpace. The website – www.myspace.com/lancsbsf – has 320 friends and carries all the latest news on the school building projects. ‘We want to make sure everyone is informed and involved,' said cabinet member for children and young people's services, Marcus Johnstone. ‘Especially school students, other young people, and those who don't consume the mainstream media. ‘MySpace is a communication tool which they are comfortable with.'
