The net zero agenda in local government is ‘stalling’, a campaign group has warned.

The net zero agenda in local government is ‘stalling', a campaign group has warned.

Published this week, the second edition of Climate Emergency UK's Council Climate Action Scorecards showed average results have risen by only 6% since 2023. Only 62 of the 391 local and combined authorities that Climate Emergency UK assessed scored above 50% overall.
