Newcastle under Lyme DC is inviting football clubs in the area to join its Football Development Group, to help them attain the nationally recognised FA Charter Standard. A spokesman from the council said: ‘FA Charter Standard clubs can be linked to primary and high schools, which means more pupils can be actively involved with the teams.'
