Newham LBC is to face high street betting chain Paddy Power in court on 10 June over the firm's plans to open a new branch.

Newham LBC is to face high street betting chain Paddy Power in court on 10 June over the firm's plans to open a new branch.

Paddy Power has appealed a decision by the London borough's licensing committee to reject an application to open a new premises and the hearing will be held at Thomas Magistrates Court.
