Cllr Rev Quintin Peppiatt, from Newham LBC, recently showed youngsters around St Mary Magdalene Church in East Ham, as part of Visit a Place of Worship Week. Hundreds of young people visited local churches, mosques and temples as part of the event. 'It gave me great pleasure to join other religious leaders to offer young people an insight info different faiths in the borough,' said Cllr Peppiatt, who is cabinet member for children and young people.
