Lifelong learning body NIACE has forged a strategic alliance with not-for-profit company the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion to provide a united and stronger voice on learning, skills and employment policy.

The two organisations will develop options for closer working and a potential full merger later in 2015, but in the meantime will integrate research, policy and public affairs to improve services that help people succeed in the labour market.
