A rainbow coalition of Labour, Liberal Democrat and UKIP groups has united to run Norfolk CC, with support from Green and Independent councillors.

Leader of Norfolk's Labour group, Cllr George Nobbs, was elected to head the county, with council members also voting to replace the current cabinet system of decision-making with a committee process.
