Norfolk CC's learning difficulty service is holding an open day on 7 December to share the good practice that earned the local authority Beacon status for valuing people. 'This will be a lively and interesting day for anyone who would like to visit Norfolk and see more about the way we do things,' said cabinet member for adult social services, Cllr Chris Mowle.
