A structural shake-up has been proposed for Northamptonshire CC management by its chief executive. In a report to be considered by full council later this month, ~Peter Gould~ outlines a reduction in the number of directors from eight to six, new roles and responsibilities for these directors, and alternative ways of working for the council to improve customer service.
