Local Government Improvement and Development (LGID) has hailed Norwich City Council's corporate improvement and efficiency board as an example of best practice.
The board, which was set up to examine council plans to reduce costs, was described by LGID regional associate, Dennis Skinner, as an ‘excellent example' of how councils could work with partners to find efficiencies.
