Toby Perkins MP, chair of the Labour Councillors Business Network (LCBN), has launched the North West chapter of the group which promotes the work Labour-run councils are doing to support small firms.

The Chesterfield MP, who has already overseen the expansion of the network in the East Midlands, London and the South West, held an event on 7 June at Wirral's Wallasey Town Hall, which involved councillors from across the region.
