The Office of the Children's Commissioner (OCC) has launched an advocacy blueprint addressing a policy-gap and postcode lottery for vulnerable children seeking professional help.
Entitled Where is my advocate?, the initiative was based on findings from the first national scoping study, which analysed publicity information and records available from local authorities and advocacy providers.
