Council chief executives think there will be more interest in offshoring in the sector in future, a straw poll at SOLACE conference revealed. But none of the assembled chief executives believed their own organisation would do it. The contradiction appeared at a workshop organised by Vertex and The MJ on offshoring and near-shoring at the SOLACE annual conference in Cardiff last week.
