Greenwich LBC is getting involved in the London-wide ‘Capital clean-up’ campaign prior to the Olympics. Council eco-warriors are looking for volunteers to identify local areas in need of a makeover.

Greenwich LBC is getting involved in the London-wide ‘Capital clean-up' campaign prior to the Olympics. Council eco-warriors are looking for volunteers to identify local areas in need of a makeover.

Cllr Maureen O'Mara, cabinet member for environment and community safety, said: ‘I would encourage anyone with ideas for areas in need of extra support to get in touch and join in this important and rewarding work.'
