Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Derbyshire Dales for an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing the operation of Street Scene Services including Street Cleansing, Parks and Open Spaces, Cemeteries, Public Conveniences and the Transport and Equipment Workshops.

You will have strong management skills, experience of leading a manual workforce and the ability to motivate staff. Experience in the operation of at least one area of Street Scene Services is essential.

You will have good financial awareness with strong analytical skills, a creative approach to problem solving and information gathering. We are looking for a forward thinker who is able to develop new ways of working and has the ability to manage change.
