Business leaders are concerned that amendments to the community infrastructure levy (CIL) could divert cash from regeneration funds.
The British Property Federation (BPF) and the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) said they would oppose any attempt to shift the levy to cover an undefined obligation to ‘support communities'.
