The outlook for Reform

Paul Marinko finds that many share the view that Reform are going to do well in next month’s local elections. But what is likely to happen once they gain seats on councils?

When Reform UK leader Nigel Farage drove onto the Arena Birmingham stage in a JCB to launch the party's local election campaign a few weeks ago he did so sporting his famously broad smile.

Farage believes he has a lot to smile about. His party is riding high in the polls and is expected to perform well in the May ballots.
