Carillion has been awarded a 10-year property and facilities management contract with Oxfordshire CC, worth up to £700m.
The deal is the first time a council has grouped all of its property services into one contract, and also includes a framework agreement for other local authorities in Oxfordshire to procure Carillion's services.
