So far, the service has brought savings of over £500,000 and created pooled budgets which now exceed £300 million with the health service, the largest in the country. To lead the service's development, we need an experienced professional who can tackle organisational change and build on our achievements. We'll look to you to lead the commissioning service and ensure that our diverse communities receive the highest quality of support. It means continuing to source innovative commissioning solutions, encouraging even greater integration with health services and creating robust commissioning plans. There'll also be an exciting opportunity to lead further progress by managing the changes needed for the next phase of our Adult Social Care Improvement Programme.
