Barnet LBC is continuing with the major regeneration of Grahame Park. The council is making a compulsory purchase order to include all properties in the first major area to be demolished to make way for new construction. The CPO will be used as a last resort, and owner-occupiers will get compensation equal to the market value of their home, plus 10%.
