Political parties at Oldham MBC have reached a power sharing agreement that partly breaks the deadlock created by May's elections.
Under interim arrangements, key portfolios will be shared between Labour, Liberal Democrats, Reform UK and the independent Oldham Group, with each taking the leader and deputy position for one portfolio.
