Willmott Dixon Partnerships has launched a joint venture with affordable housing provider, Acis Group, to deliver repairs and maintenance to 5,500 homes across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
The new limited liability partnership, Galatia, will be responsible for planned works, gas inspections and repairs for Acis' residents, with a five-year contract with the group, which could be extended for another five years.
