Tandridge DC has scooped an award for reducing HR and payroll costs through partnership with other Surrey councils.
Its submission to the Midland Customer Association's best value and greatest organisational impact for HR technology award showed procurement costs were reduced to almost nothing and implementation costs cut in half.
