Specialist social care recruitment and resourcing agency, Outcomes UK, have appointed Nick Raper as a senior consultant to head up its public sector executive search and selection service.
Prior to taking up his new role, he held positions with companies such as TMP Worldwide, Harvey Nash and latterly Gatenby Sanderson.
