Altair, the leading-edge consultancy, has recruited Sarah Palmer, a senior consultant from Rockpools, to head its growing recruitment and interim management business.
Ms Palmer led the local government team at Rockpools, and also worked on senior private sector appointments, specialising in corporate services, housing and environmental services.
