Deloitte, the business advisory firm, has named Neil Yeomans as its new managing director of the firm's public sector internal audit (PSIA) group.

Since 2000, Mr Yeomans has been a partner in Deloittes Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice, a 1,000-strong team which helps clients with complex risk and control issues.
