Savvy Giles sees the plot
The blogosphere was awash with rumours of an impending move from Eland House this week, when the pseudonymous Guido Fawkes blog revealed Eric Pickles' ‘door-kicking' media adviser, Giles Kenningham, was heading to Tory HQ to plot the party's election campaign.
