The Planning Scotland Bill, the most fundamental planning system reform in 60 years, has been passed by the Scottish Executive. It will make the process quicker and easier for the majority of people. ‘This heralds the start of a new era where communities will be involved, from the start, in shaping their futures,' said communities minister, Malcolm Chisholm.
