Interserve has won a contract to build a mechanical biological treatment (MBT) plant at Westbury in a project supporting Wiltshire Council’s strategy to reduce landfill waste.

Interserve has won a contract to build a mechanical biological treatment (MBT) plant at Westbury in a project supporting Wiltshire Council's strategy to reduce landfill waste.

The site of the plant, which could process up to 60,000 tonnes of household waste, is owned and operated by Hills Waste Solutions under agreement with the council.
