A surprise two-day inspection of Kent CC's children's social services by Ofsted has revealed ‘significant improvements' following a visit 10 months ago – but recorded five areas still in need of development.
Ofsted reported that the ‘priority actions' and recommendations it made last year had been successfully addressed, and there were no major areas of concern.
