Britain's communities have failed to create a vision of society to which the country's diverse ethnic groups want to belong, prime minister David Cameron has said.
Speaking at the Munich Security Conference on 5 February, Mr Cameron said ‘under the doctrine of state multiculturalism, we have encouraged different cultures to live separate lives, apart from each other and the mainstream'.
