Improved partnerships with outreach workers will bridge the gap between ‘seldom-heard communities' and police, according to a new survey.
The Ipsos MORI, poll carried out for the Association of Police Authorities (APA), identified key factors affecting confidence in the police among all communities – including gypsies and travellers, sex workers, young black men, and people with physical disabilities.
