Portsmouth City Council's plans to create more local jobs, build houses and improve transport have been given the thumbs-up by government inspectors.
‘Approval of these two key parts of our planning strategy is a big boost to the regeneration of the city,' said cabinet member for planning, Cllr Mike Hancock.
