Derbyshire CC has welcomed a consultation looking at ways to save post offices across the country. The Government is proposing investing £1.7bn over the next five years to support the post office network, enabling it to modernise and restructure. A number of proposals, including new technology and changing lifestyles, are being discussed nationally.
