Post offices have been playing a part in local democracy, following the introduction of new, interactive kiosks in branches across Lambeth LBC, as part of an innovative campaign to get residents' views on the future of the borough. The council has reported an overwhelming response, with more than 2,000 residents giving their opinions on tackling unemployment in the run-up to Christmas.
