Telford and Wrekin Council has slimmed down its senior management team, axing four posts in a move designed to save £406,000 annually.
The latest restructure scraps the post of assistant chief executive, two heads of service positions and the corporate director role. Since 2009, the authority has more than halved its number of senior managers from 28 to 13.
