Cllr Pat Watters, has been appointed as chair of a new group designed to oversee the development of community planning across Scotland.

Former COSLA president, Cllr Pat Watters, has been appointed as chair of a new group designed to oversee the development of community planning across Scotland.

The group – referred to as the ‘national community planning group' – will bring together all partners involved in community planning, including councils, the NHS and emergency services, and will oversee tasks such as the development of guidance.
