Business lobby, the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), has called on the IT industry to overcome the public sector's increased caution by making a stronger case for the role of effective technology in public service delivery.
The CBI report System rest puts forward 10 solutions to current challenges to the use of IT by public services and calls on the Government to start immediate discussions about investing in future technologies.
