Public sector event organiser, Neil Stewart Associates (NSA), has undergone a financial restructuring which will see it pushing ahead with plans for more webcast conferences through its online arm, Policy Review TV.

The company admitted investment in its online products, at a time when conference attendance had dropped due to spending cuts and banks were restricting lending, had led to a cashflow problem which the restructuring had now addressed.
