Capita and Keepmoat have joined forces to address pressing needs across the local authority housing market.
Under the partnership, Keepmoat will deliver construction and regeneration projects, supported by Capita, to help councils get the most from land receipts and the new homes bonus. ‘The end result of this will be a faster and more efficient solution for delivering housing, which will also attract external finance to provide additional homes and jobs for local communities,' explained Keepmoat's chief executive, Ian Sutcliffe.
