Mears Group chief executive, Stuart Black was one of the speakers addressing delegates at the recent Thought Leader conference on sustainable communities. Other speakers at the conference in Glasgow included chief executive of the Scottish Federation of Housing Assocations, Jacqui Watt, and the director of policy at the Chartered Institute of Housing, Nick Fletcher.
