Plymouth City Council has joined forces with RENTplus to offer people on the housing register a chance to get on the property ladder.

Plymouth City Council has joined forces with RENTplus to offer people on the housing register a chance to get on the property ladder.

Tenants will be offered affordable RENTplus homes and also be given cash towards their deposit to help them buy the property. 'We are working to find ways of creating more affordable housing in the city and this innovative new model is exactly the sort of scheme we want to see,' said cabinet member for finance, Cllr Mark Lowry.
