Developer Usk Properties has unveiled plans for a £5m development on the Baglan Energy Park, after buying land from Neath Port Talbot CBC. Work is expected to start in the autumn on a new factory for Shield Medicare, which will create 120 jobs. ‘Development of the park has been one of the most exciting projects in the region in recent years,’ said Neath Port Talbot’s leader, Derek Vaughan.
